Blackbird Mental Health does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are in crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 for immediate support.

3. Therapeutic Services

Use of our website does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship is only formed after an initial consultation, mutual agreement to begin services, and the completion of intake forms, including informed consent.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to your privacy. All client information is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our Privacy Policy. However, use of this website (such as submitting a contact form) is not a secure or confidential method of communication. Please limit sensitive information when using web forms.
